Roca Fortis Blanc [2019]

Grapes: 60% Viognier, 30% Roussanne, 10% Grenache blanc

Aging: 12 months in barrels from French oaks 

Tasting notes: Beautiful straw yellow colour. A floral nose with notes of honey and acacia. A complex palate with notes of exotic fruits, and pineapple, mixed with notes of beeswax and vanilla. Woody finish.
