Respelido Rose [2019]

Grapes: 90% Grenache, 10% Syrah

Average age of the vines: 33 years The Tavel appellation was the first French AOC to be recognized in Rosé. The name of the Respelido cuvée means “rebirth” in Provençal in relation to the vines that were intended for uprooting but saved by a cooperator.

Tasting notes: Beautiful deep pink with bluish reflections. A rich and intense nose with notes of small red fruits: strawberries, cherries, and redcurrant. Very fresh and round in the mouth. Great length, finesse, and freshness on the finish
