Grapes: 50% Syrah, 40% Grenache noir, 10% Mourvèdre

The average age of the vines: 32 years 

Bottling at the property without added sulfites (contains less than 10mg / l of sulfites which are naturally present in the wine).

Tasting notes: Cherry color. A nose with notes of cade, Provençal garrigue. The mouth is tense, and fresh, we find aromas of fresh red fruits. A supple palate with a minty and spicy finish.
