Clos Montblanc Merlot [2021]

Grapes: fermented in stainless steel tanks at a temperature set between 25 and 28 C. After maceration, malolactic fermentation is carried out, and the wine remains for 12 to 14 months in American oak barrels. 

Tasting note: Red-purple colour. The aroma of ripe fruit and candy. Creamy, warm, and round in the mouth.
