Winemaking and aging: The grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at a temperature set between 25 and 28 C. After maceration with the skins, the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels for 18 to 24 months.
Tasting note: Reddish purple colour, clean and brilliant. Complex aroma (tobacco, black fruit, coffee, peat). In the mouth, it feels broad, round, and well-structured. Long aftertaste.
Type of vine: 30-year-old, valley-side vines at an altitude of 700 meters.
